Spend some inspiring hours in the heart of our Organic gardening and learn step by step how to create a harmonious bouquet from freshly harvested flowers.
Our flowers are growing seasonally, sustainably and organically cultivated Directly in our nursery in Vienna. No long transport routes, in rhythm with the seasons, and with plenty of manual labor. During the workshop, you'll also get insights into our garden and our cultivation methods. Questions about flowers, cultivation or care are always welcome.
The workshop is deliberately taking place in small group with a maximum of 14 participants instead. This way we can address everyone individually and personally support you in tying your bouquet.
What makes this workshop special:
You imagine your flowers directly in the garden itself togetherDepending on the season, you can cut whatever you like – this creates a very personal bouquet with flowers from our organic nursery.
We will show you the technique of spiral bouquet, explain to you how colors, shapes and different flower structures work together and what is important so that a bouquet looks natural, loose and harmonious.
In the end you take Your self-tied bouquet of flowers of course, I took it home with me.

Welcome & short tour of the nursery
We'll show you our flower beds and explain which flowers are in season and how they are organically cultivated here.
Harvest in the garden
You put together your own flower arrangement and cut them directly in the flower bed – entirely according to your taste.
Introduction to binding techniques
We explain step by step how to tie a spiral bouquet, as well as important basics about shape, color effect and durability.
Tying the bouquet together
Under guidance, you'll create your own bouquet. We'll provide individual assistance and are happy to answer any questions you may have about flowers, design, and care.
Finishing touches & care tips
Finally, we'll show you how to keep your bouquet fresh for as long as possible.

During the workshop there are small vegetarian snacks from our kitchen or garden, depending on the season, for example:
• homemade cake
• Fresh vegetables from the garden
• Hummus or similar small items
We will serve this with Coffee, homemade lemonade or a glass of wine, appropriate for the time of day.
