Our delivery times

We deliver Wednesday to Saturday from 8: 45 to 18: 00. We deliver on Saturday  8:45 a.m. to 14:00 p.m. The standard delivery fee is €15.

Not at home?

We will try to get into the house to place the bouquet in a safe place (e.g. apartment door, neighbors). If this doesn't work, we'll try to contact the recipient. If neither is possible, the bouquet will be brought back to us.

This can then be picked up or redelivered for a possible fee of €15.

Attention - If there is no one at the place of delivery after 18.00 p.m., the bouquet may not be delivered to us because our shop is closed. The messenger service then has the instruction to give the bouquet to a charitable institution. A refund or a new bouquet is then not possible. We ask for your understanding.
